Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil & gas, petrochemical EPC or Consultant companies. ADNOC Onshore experience preferred
Must be good in English lingual skills
Command of Arabic and English languages is preferred
Job Highlights
•Manage all engineering resources
•Responsible for overall engineering resources performance of engineering activities ensuring technical sound solution and timely delivery of quality engineering which fully meet projects’ requirement and Client expectations.
•Provide overall leadership & management to engineering team
•Promote quality and safety of design incompliance with local regulatory requirements
•Encourage engineering execution as per procedure and project QHSE requirements
•Manage engineering KPI as per company policy
•Represent company for engineering audits, both internal and external. Ensure and manage timely close out of corrective actions.
•Evaluate performance of Engineering team and recommend to project management action/corrections/adjustments.
•Ensure that all EPC projects are subject to hazard and risk analysis by trained and competent specialist
•Lead project weekly and monthly meetings with Client
•Able to act as a Dy. Project Manager in the absence of Project Manager
•Promote healthy coordination among various departments such as Quality Control, Procurement and Construction related to engineering and design scope.
•Review and approve technical queries, deviations and changes in detailed engineering design scope
