A unique opportunity has arisen with my client for a Regional Sales Manager on a permanent basis. As the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing sales tactics aimed at achieving revenue goals within a designated area. Your duties will involve pinpointing and pursuing fresh avenues for business, nurturing connections with current clientele, and engaging in contract negotiations to bolster sales expansion.

Salary: Upon Application
Location: WFH UK Based Only – 50% Travel for this role.  


  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue goals within the assigned region.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in aviation sales or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and market trends.
