My client is a luxury global fashion retailer who are all about creating a great working environment in the office as well as in their portfolio of stores across the UK, Europe and America! This is an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic, forward thinking and leading brand as a HR Advisor.
My client is looking for an experience HR Advisor. You will have worked within a RETAIL environment managing complex ER cases in the UK and across Europe. Due to the nature of the business, my client is looking for someone who has experience working with employment law in France. Therefore being a fluent speaker as well as being experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of employee legislation's.

YOU MUST HAVE:
**At least 3 years experience dealing with complex ER cases in a Retail environment.
**A HR related degree, CIPD qualification and knowledge/experience with French Employment Law.
**Up to date with all Employment law legislation.
**Experienced in chairing complex investigation / disciplinary meetings.
**Ability to react to new situations and support colleagues in new projects.
