Based in the Reading/Berkshire Area, my client has exceed expectations during the pandemic and are therefore expanding their sales team. They are a fast pace business within the construction industry and if you are an Account Manager who has a real hunger for smashing target in order to earn commission, this could be the role for you.
Basic Salary of £18K
Uncapped commission, with OTE in Year 1 approx. £30k. Year 2 approx £40-45k and Year 3: £50k +
As Account Manager your responsibilities will be:
* Managing potential sales coming from inbound calls from either new or existing customers.
* Generate and grow your own business, from new leads.
* Work towards set company targets - in order to achieve your commission.
* Able to manage the sales process from start to end.
You will be:
* Hungry for sales / commission.
* Driven to be the best.
* Able to work in a fast pace environment.
* from a sales (office) environment (preferably)
* Able to work as part of a team
