We’re hiring on behalf of a prestigious international multi-brand retailer, and this is your chance to join a fast-paced, luxury customer care team supporting both online and in-store experiences.
The Role
As a Luxury Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey—delivering exceptional service while driving sales and brand experience.
You will:
- Deliver a high-end, personalised customer experience
- Process orders and returns accurately within SLAs
- Provide expert product advice and styling support
- Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise sales
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Manage your workload in a busy, target-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (retail or contact centre ideal)
- A genuine passion for fashion and trends
- Confident communicator with a positive, engaging style
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
- A team player with a proactive mindset

Hours & Shifts
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 out of 7 days
- Shifts between 8:30am – 9:30pm
- Mainly PM shifts (1pm – 9:30pm)
- 1 in 3 weekends required
