The successful applicant will be required to take an active role in completing tender

submissions and quotations, as well as preparing the necessary documentation for successful bids.
This role also involves undertaking the necessary actions to deliver project objectives such monitoring material ordering, reporting, and most importantly, client and subcontractor liaison.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience as a Civil Estimator having worked on tenders up to $500k – 10m in value
• Experienced in preparing detailed tender submission for local government tenders
• Demonstrates an understanding of RMS specifications
• High level of competency in using and understanding Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Tertiary/TAFE education is a must, Civil Engineering degree is preferred
• Demonstrates ability in preparing quality tender submissions for Civil Infrastructure, Streetscape Upgrades and Stormwater Drainage Upgrade projects
• Able to prioritise and work to tight, often competing deadlines
• Experience in Civil Construction
• Excellent Organisational and Time-Management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
