Our client is seeking a Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter to join their team in Fawley, supporting senior leaders and driving high‑impact hiring across the organisation. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, brings strategic insight to talent acquisition, and knows how to build trusted partnerships at every level.

This position is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) and offers a competitive hourly rate Hourly rate: approx. £27.85 – £37.69.

Key Responsibilities

  • Senior leader partnership — Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand critical hiring needs.
  • End‑to‑end recruitment — Own the full recruitment lifecycle with precision and professionalism.
  • Strategic advisory — Act as a trusted advisor ensuring process rigour, efficiency, and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Search strategy development — Partner with business leaders to design and execute effective sourcing and selection strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience (core recruiter roles only).
  • Advanced sourcing capability — Comfortable sourcing creatively and independently, as well as collaborating with sourcers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; resourceful, solutions‑driven, and proactive.
  • Strong work ethic, urgency, adaptability, and prioritisation skills.
  • High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
  • Driving licence required for commuting to the Fawley site.

Additional Details

  • Location: Fawley only (London not an option).
  • Hours: 37.5 per week.
  • Potential for conversion: After 1 year, subject to performance, the contractor may be converted to a permanent employee.
  • Office attendance: Required, especially if converted to employee status.
