LMA are partnered with a large global consultancy who have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Manager to join their team. The business are looking for a professional candidate with excellent attention to detail and strong stakeholder management experience.
As the Resource Manager, your daily responsibilities will be split between supporting with headcount management and capacity planning, also providing key information to leadership on utilisation levels.
Forecasting, preparing and presenting Management Information to senior stakeholders will be paramount in this role, thus strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, HR, project management and have effective prioritisation skills.
