Brief:

• Our client, an excellent National law firm, is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their top tier ranked Corporate team. The successful candidate will be based in their Birmingham office. Hybrid working arrangements are in place.

Role and Requirements:

• We are seeking a Corporate lawyer who has 6+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm. This award winning national corporate team is consistently ranked as one of the UK’s top law firms for deal volume by Experian MarketlQ’s M&A Review. It is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.
• They advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through to M&A, management transactions, venture and growth capital, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits, with an increasing amount of internal work for high profile clients. They also have a growing practice advising listed clients on equity capital raisings on public markets.

Salary and Benefits:

• £75,000+
• 3 days working from home
