Corporate Partner – International Firm – Birmingham

Brief:

• Our client, a top 10 international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Partner to join their Tier 1 ranked, market leading team in Birmingham. Equity opportunities available.

Role and Requirements:

• We are seeking a Partner level Corporate lawyer who has +10 years PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm. The candidate would ideally have a proven track record of being work generative and of growing / leading a specialist Corporate team. You will ideally have an existing client base to transfer and be ready to grow a practice in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
• The Corporate team currently comprises of 8 Partners, 3 Principal Associates, 6 Senior Associates, 4 Associates with additional Paralegal and secretarial support.
• They provide a wide range of advice to global businesses, blue-chip corporates and private equity houses, to name but a few. This can include mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, venture capital and corporate governance.
• Sector specialisms include Financial Services, Energy, Consumer TMT, Industrials and Life Sciences.
• Ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500, you will join a highly successful, leading Corporate Team, which works collegiately across multiple offices. This is a great opportunity to be a key member of a growing team, taking a leading role to help develop the Corporate offering Birmingham office and beyond.
