cmr has partnered with a leading regional health service to engage an experienced Mental Health Clinician for the following, full-time permanent opportunity based in in the Portland area.

Working in the adult community mental health team, this role is best suited to a Social Worker, Psychologist, RN, or Counsellor with strong public mental health experience, particularly in community settings.

Key duties:

• Completing mental health assessments.
• Managing a community caseload.
• Provide recovery oriented care.
• Deliver outreach support.
• Work closely with an multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Eligibility for membership with AASW, or current registration with relevant body.
• Minimum 2 years' mental health experience.
• Strong community mental health case management and crisis assessment experience.
• Current Drivers Licence 
• Willingness to relocate to Portland VIC
