Civil Superintendent/Construction Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent or Construction Manager which a strong Civil background to oversee bulk earthworks, concrete works, and steel fixing on a major project energy project. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple crews, and manager other vendors.

As one of the first permanent structures being built on this project, the role will be critical in ensuring smooth execution, quality, and compliance. The position requires strong communication skills and experience working in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil construction crews, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently
• Supervise bulk earthworks, FRP, steel fixing, and concrete works
• Ensure project compliance
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including engineers and project leadership
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep the project on schedule

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Civil Construction delivering large scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of FRP, bulk earthworks, and concrete works
• Experience with Doka formwork systems
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
