Multi Trade Operative Role in Ellesmere Port and Surrounding Areas 

Location: Ellesmere Port
Rate: £20.00 p/h CIS
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hours per week

We have a fantastic Temp to Perm role available for an experienced Plumber with Multi-Trade skills, working on domestic properties in social housing acround Ellesmere port.

Please note: You may occasionally be required to work further afield based on contract requirements. All travel time is considered working time.

Company van and fuel card is provided

Your Day-to-Day Duties

• Install, repair, and replace hot & cold water supplies including baths, showers, toilets, and waste systems

• Repair and replace external cold-water gutters and drainage systems

• Trace, diagnose, and fix faults on water systems

• Locate and repair water bursts

• Excavate and repair external drainage and supply lines

• Clear blockages from drains and toilets

• Carry out minor patch plastering and basic joinery as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Recognised Plumbing Apprenticeship & NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification

• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance within Social Housing

• Skilled in multiple trades, including patch plastering and joinery

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job

• Full UK Driving Licence – Essential

• DBS will be required
