| Salary: | AUD35 - AUD40 per hour |
This role is a chance to join a growing, vibrant finance team based in Sydney as a Collections Officer on a temp to permanent basis.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Daily dispute resolutions and communicating directly with customers
- Conducting inbound & outbound calls to investigate, identify and establish connections with customers
- Negotiating the collections of outstanding funds
- Actioning incoming correspondence via email and mail
- Creating detailed and accurate file action notes for all customer interactions
- Providing insights and improvement initiatives
- Providing high level customer service in line with client requirements
- Compliance with client & company policies & procedures
- General administration duties where necessary
The requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in billings within a high volume environment
- Experience with SAP ideally
- Able to work autonomously and also as as team
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
