Accounts Receivable Analyst

Accounts Receivable Analyst (BBBH10537) Greenacre, Sydney, Australia

The purpose of this role is to look after and manage the organisation's debtor’s ledger assigned by the Senior Credit Controller. To assume responsibility for customer accounts, maintaining the integrity of the company’s accounts receivable ledger that has been assigned from the Senior Credit Controller or Finance Manager, ensuring customers’ payment are adhered to the agreed payment terms. Assist to check and handle new customer account opening.

 

Principle Accountabilities: 

 

  • Assist the ATB – DSO Weekly
  • Assist Customers Credit Profile check and verification
  • Assist Customers PPSR update and keep records
  • Assist Customers Credit Limits Yearly Review
  • Assist Customers Credit Terms Yearly Review
  • Assist Customers claims

Qualifications Required: 

 

  • HSC or equivalent. Accounting Degree would be highly regarded
  • At least 2 years Accounts Receivable experience 
  • Excel experience 
  • ERP system experience
