Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major fashion retail client and is looking for a 3D Architect to support the digital modelling and Smart Store rollout across existing store locations. This role focuses on converting and maintaining store data within Revit, ensuring accurate layouts and technical documentation for downstream teams and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Autodesk Revit and 3D modelling,
• Understanding of BIM standards, technical drawings, and model coordination,
• Experience converting existing drawings and documentation into accurate digital models,
• Familiarity with shared coordinate systems and structured drawing packages,
• Ability to work with incomplete data and resolve technical challenges independently,
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach,
• Experience with Matterport data, ACC/Forma, or similar collaboration tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain 3D Revit models for existing retail store locations,
• Convert and update existing layouts, drawings, and technical documentation into digital formats,
• Integrate store technology and layout requirements into the models,
• Prepare and deliver drawing packages in required formats for stakeholders and suppliers,
• Perform quality checks on models, drawings, and coordinate alignment,
• Collaborate with design teams, project stakeholders, and external partners to resolve data gaps and technical issues,
• Support the continuous improvement of modelling standards and delivery processes,
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.
