Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent
- 8-20 Years of Experience Post Graduation
- Project Experience is flexible as our client has a diverse portfolio
- Revit, AutoCAD, SKetchUP required
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven background of managing both project workload, as well as team members, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated history of financial project management is preferred but not required
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Work with and oversee production teams to complete construction documents, coordinate with designers, consultants, engineers, clients to ensure all groups are on the same page
- Execute projects from Programming phases through to completing Construction Administration and closeout
- Follow through with Construction Administration responsibilities and deliver project follow through
- Complete project submittels, code reviews, and coordination of consultants
- Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as needed
- Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation
- Manage project teams, deliver for the client, and see the project through completion
- Participate in firm strategy meetings as necessary
