What Does It Take to Be Qualified?
- Bachelor Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent
- Licensure/Registration
- 5-15 Years of Experience Post Graduation
- Sustainable Practice certifications preferred
- Revit, AutoCAD, SKetchUP
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively internally and with outside consultants or clients
What Can You Expect To Do?
- Prepare construction documents, and coordinate with design and management team
- Work on given projects Schematic Design phases through to Construction Administration
- Manage projects from start to finish and work directly with clients and support members
- Complete project submittals, code reviews, and coordination of consultants
- Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as needed
- Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation
