Complaints Handler

Complaints Handler (CHTP) Cardiff, Wales

Salary: GBP8 - GBP12 per hour

We are recruiting a number of Customer Complaints Handlers on a temporary basis initially. These roles will be temporary for 3 months, with the view to going permanent.

Our client, a financial services outsourcer are working on behalf of some of the top banks and building society’s around the world. They are looking for people that can provide excellent customer service within a Customer Complaints Handling environment. The role will involve you dealing with cases involving inbound and outbound calls, investigation and administration.

Requirements:

For your application for the Customer Complaints Handler position to be successful, your CV must demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • Previous PPI complaints experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent administration skills and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook (word processing and email platforms)
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Experience working within Financial Services, FCA regulations, Anti-Money Laundering rules, ISA rules, Data Protection or Treating Customers Fairly.

 

Salary:                         £8 - £12 per hour

Start Date:                   ASAP  

Location:                      Cardiff

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week – shifts between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday and flexible to work weekends
