Customer Support Specialist
We are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Tamworth based client. You will be joining the Customer Support team of 6, lead by the Customer Service Manager. Between you, you’ll be responsible for approx. 1500 enquires per week via email and phone calls.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will need/be:
- Experience in a customer service/support role
- Strong communication skills with an ability to persuade and influence
- Strong Team player with excellent attention to detail
- Customer handling skills with clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to us own initiative to obtain all information required for resolution
- Able to organise own work load and meet deadlines
Details:
- Salary: £25, 000 + £1, 610 lunch allowance (in addition to basic salary)
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm (30 minute lunch daily)
- Location: Tamworth

Role of Customer Support Specialist:
- Inbound and outbound calls, handling enquires
- Answer email enquiries
- Order processing
- Support the Customer Service Manager
- Internal daily administration
