Salary: AUD28.38 - AUD29.59 per hour + Super+penalty rates

Situated in the awarded office business precinct, Caribbean Park, Scoresby, our client is offering opportunities for people who have a genuine passion in helping customers!

Working Hours
These are full time positions, working 37.5 hours across a 6 day rotational roster. The centre is open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday & 9am to 5pm Saturday. Saturday work is only rostered once every 4 weeks.

Training
Our client knows that to offer exceptional customer service, you need to be trained on what’s expected from your role & understand the company’s policies & processes. That’s why they offer a structured training program from your first day which, combines classroom as well as practical training components across 2-4 weeks Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The Role
The role is responsible for managing and resolving customer phone enquiries through the provision of high quality advice and service to consumers and internal Customers.

Your key duties will be:

  • Ensuring consumers are responded to in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Display a sense of urgency towards all customer enquiries - Inbound calls and Emails
  • Strive for first contact resolution
  • Provide product information and technical assistance – Troubleshooting
  • Book Service jobs when unable to solve technical issues over the phone
  • Respond to customer escalations and compliments on behalf of the business
  • Contribute to the performance of the team by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing support and involvement in all activities
  • Taking a proactive approach to the company's environmental projects and health and safety initiatives.
