Salary: AUD29.59 - AUD29.59 per hour

We are currently looking for a superstar customer service representative for our client located in Melbourne's North East.

This is a temp role which could rang from 1 month - 6 months, however it is highly likely you will be given ongoing work afterwards.

About the role:
The Customer Service Officer is vital to the success of claims and will be the first point of contact for clients, customers and sub contractors. You will work closely with a number of key people to drive successful outcomes.


Duties:

  • Responsible for answering high volume incoming phone calls, as well as making outbound calls as required to fulfil daily tasks
  • Responsible for ongoing communication with numerous stakeholders such as home owners, Insurance companies and trades
  • Articulate professional written and verbal correspondence to stakeholders and third parties
  • Coordinate and process the lodgement of incoming claims via client specific portals and/or email
  • General errands and ad-hoc duties as required in a busy office

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Inbound call centre experience
  • Attention to details
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Friendly, pro active & can do attitude
  • Strong admin skills
  • Previous insurance experience is highly regarded
  • Be able to multi task and take initiative
