Salary: AUD29 - AUD30 per hour + Mulgrave

About the Role:
We have multiple customer service advisor positions available across the helpdesk team, the critical desk team and the logistics team.
The purpose of this role is to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in an efficient, professional and polite manner.

The positions are hybrid. 1 week on in the office and 1 week from home- there is breakfast and car parking supplied each day!
The working hours will be Monday- Friday on a rotating roster between 7am and 7pm.
These positions are all temp 2 perm


Skills and Experience Required:
We are looking for friendly, articulate people with drive and determination who are lateral thinkers, you will be dealing with busy desks, so resilience, organisation and multi-tasking is a must!

  • Previous call centre experience- ability to handle a high number of calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good computer skills
  • Can do attitude
