Our client is a specialist mortgage lender that was established in 2013.They provide residential and commercial mortgages to business borrowers nationwide and provide unique opportunities for their investor by offering property secured investments.

About the Role
We are looking for a polished professional to be the ‘go to’ IT person. We are looking for someone with similar experience working within another role who has an interest in IT and can contribute to new ideas.

 

Duties

  • Basic helpdesk
  • Setting up company new starters – passwords, equipment, software set up etc
  • Working with external IT companies if there are bigger issues
  • Procurement focus on CRM platform
  • Manage special projects- data integrity and sales focus on CRM
  • IT office all rounder duties
  • Management of internet and cyber security
  • Could potentially move into a data analytics and software role down the track

 

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience within IT/ Helpdesk
  • Salesforce Experience (Highly Desirable)
  • Flexible Mindset- we are looking for people that wants and know how to make it happen
  • Professional polished appearance- Suits, ties, No visible tattoos
  • Someone who has a genuine interest in IT
