The Job Role of a Cleaner
Training is provided to ensure you are well equipped to perform all cleaning duties within the role.
- The cleaning of canteen and welfare units
- The cleaning of mess rooms
- Performing tasks such as vacuuming, mopping and cleaning down of floor surfaces
- Emptying bins
- Shifts are varied
- Working across an industrial site
What experience do you need to be a cleaner?
Working as a cleaner requires the ability to manage own workload and independently, all other aspects will be trained!
- A driving licence and transport is essential for this role due to location of site
- Previous experience in a similar role e.g. Cleaner, industrial cleaner, housekeeping or facilities management is desirable but not essential
- Flexible attitude
- Confident within industrial environments
- Good attitude to work
- Good customer service as client facing
