Student position –Regulatory Affairs - Animal Health - Zoetis Denmark

Zoetis Denmark is currently looking for a talented and motivated student to join our Animal Health Regulatory team located in Farum.

In this versatile position, you will gather experience in the field of pharmacovigilance (PV) reporting, specifically focused on case entering into our company database, as well as coordination of PV tasks for follow-up. Furthermore there will ad-hoc tasks, supporting the Regulatory and QA department.

You will report directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs and work alongside other commercial employees.

The position will be time-limited and connected to your studies, and with the possibility of extension.


We are looking for a candidate who is ideally:

  • Studying veterinary medicine, pharmacy or a similar university degree, with a minimum of 1,5 years left of the studies.
  • Analytical and good at maintaining focus in the face of complexity
  • Able to work independently and prioritize amongst many concurrent tasks
  • Self-driven and willing to take responsibility for completion of assigned tasks
  • Detail- and team-oriented
  • Able to speak, read and write English and Danish fluently. Good understanding of Swedish and Norwegian is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office is required
  • Able to work 7-15 hours a week 
  • Existing experience with other student positions or relevant student work is a plus 

 

Role & Responsibilities  

  • Case handling and entering of Pharmacovigilance cases
  • Ad-hoc support to the Regulatory and QA depts.
  • Support to other departments, if necessary.
