My client is a successful organisation based in Livingston, they have an immediate requirement for an Invoicing Assistant to join them on a temporary basis estimated to last 3 weeks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support with clearing backlog of invoices
- Check invoicing details are correct
- Logging invoices on system
- Liaise with internal departments to check inaccurate invoicing data

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:
- Previous administration experience, ideally checking and processing invoices
- Confident IT skills, ability to navigate via multiple systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
