Temporary Invoicing Assistant

Location:  Livingston, Scotland
Salary:  GBP12 - GBP13 per hour


Temporary Week Contract

 

My client is a successful organisation based in Livingston, they have an immediate requirement for an Invoicing Assistant to join them on a temporary basis estimated to last 3 weeks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support with clearing backlog of invoices
  • Check invoicing details are correct
  • Logging invoices on system
  • Liaise with internal departments to check inaccurate invoicing data
  • Ensure required documentation is present to back up all in

 

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally checking and processing invoices
  • Confident IT skills, ability to navigate via multiple systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
