Hours: Train on 1st Shift, 7-3:30pm after Training move to 3rd Shift, Sun.-Thurs. 11pm to 7am.

The Plastics Technician is responsible for verifying and ensuring products meet quality standards, ensuring processes are optimized to achieve process efficiency, and performs general maintenance on equipment while following safe work practices.

Key performance objectives in order of priority are:

Responsible for verifying and ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and specifications to reduce scrap while maintaining process efficiency.

· Responsible for verifying and ensuring all processes are optimized to achieve process efficiency and reduction of scrap.

· Performs monthly inspections and general maintenance on equipment while following established safe work practices to achieve quality and efficiency targets.

Qualified candidates will have their High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3-5 years of injection molding processing experience. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills are a must! In this position, a candidate with a positive attitude and excellent attendance record will succeed.
