Our Executive Search team delivers high-profile and high-quality board, CEO and executive assignments across a diverse range of public and private sectors, with the high majority undertaken on a retained basis. As a Partner, you have an influential opportunity to lead the attraction and delivery of these senior executive assignments. You will be strongly supported by our national Partner and Senior Partner teams, working in collaboration to grow Davidson in our key sectors.
You could come from a diverse range of industry sectors across private enterprise, Government, health, education, not for profit and beyond. You will ideally bring a level of understanding in running recruitment processes from briefing through to appointment, a strength in engaging with people at all levels and most importantly a level of humility. You are naturally curious, collaborative and committed to excellence in everything you do. You are a self-starter who shows initiative, has a high level of integrity, are well organised and quality focussed.
