We are looking for a Tech Lead to join the team of our client – a reference company in the technology sector.

What is required from you?

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or other similar areas;
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in team management, and 03 years of experience in Outsystems technology;
• Proven experience in managing an Outsystems factory;
• Solid knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Knowledge in tools as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and other collaboration tools;
• Certification as an Outsystems Tech Lead (O11) and minimum of other three certifications in Outsystems;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
