Helpdesk Technician (154899) Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for an Helpdesk Technician to integrate the team of our client – a company in the transportation, logistics & supply chain sector.

 

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

- Solve and manage technical problems, ensuring the helpdesk to internal colleagues from several areas;

- Install and setup locally and remotely IT equipment and software (workstations/desktop);

- Install and setup surveillance cameras, radios and intercommunicators;

- Develop, support and maintenance of IT applications;

- Capacity to diagnose and solve technical problems;

- Experience in accounts management (Windows), creating e-mail accounts, permissions and access levels, shared branches and printers;

- Performing and maintenance of security and recovery backups.

 

What is required from you?

- Professional or university degree in Informatics, Electronics or similar area;

- Minimum 01 year in a role related to IT support and helpdesk;

- Previous experience with surveillance cameras, radios and intercommunicators will be valued;

- Driving license and availability to 24*7 support if necessary;

- Sense of cooperation, positive attitude and ability to create empathy;

- Ability and flexibility to respond to unexpected situations or change of course;

- Initiative, curiousity and willing to find solutions.
