Web Ecommerce Product Owner (160703) Porto, Greater Porto
We are looking for a Web E-commerce Product Owner to join the team of our client – a reference company in the retail sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Lead and manage a self-contained digital product team accountable for the full lifecycle of our Web and E-commerce platforms;
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, logistics, and customer stakeholders to shape the proposition, trading performance, content experience, and end-to-end customer journey across multiple markets;
- Act as an extended member of the IT leadership team, working cross-functionally to deliver, support, and continuously improve a high-performing, content-rich, and commercially effective digital platform — enabling seamless discoverability, engagement, and conversion across web and mobile web channels.
What is required from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital, IT, Business or related field;
- Minimum 07 years of experience in digital product leadership roles;
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across the full delivery and support lifecycle;
- Demonstrated commercial accountability and vendor performance management;
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, and agile delivery;
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, testing, architecture, compliance, and service management;
- Product leadership certification (e.g. SAFe) preferred;
- Good communication and influence skills;
- Strong planning, prioritisation, financial management, and team leadership skills;
- Capable of navigating ambiguity and leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
