CRM Executive (181183) Aveiro, Portugal

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join the team of our client – a reference portuguese company in the gaming sector. 

 

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • Create and maintain CRM campaigns with the sending of communications via e-mail, SMS, push and inbox;
  • Manage and segmentate clients' databases;
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns in order to improve conversion and retention;
  • Create automatized cycles of communication for conversion and reactivation;
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure the efficiency of CRM strategies.

 

What is required from you?

  • Degree in Marketing, Information Management, Engineering or similar;
  • Minimum of 02 years of experience in a CRM role;
  • Knowledge of conversion, retention and reactivation indicators;
  • Good analytical and results evaluation skills;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and IMS tools;
  • Experience in web products management will be valued;
  • Experience in the gaming area will be valued;
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
