Functional Consultant - Microsoft Finance & Operations (184965) Lisbon, Portugal
We are looking for a Functional Consultant - Microsoft Finance & Operations to integrate the team of our client - a company in the IT consultancy area.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Ensure the requirements gathering with the clients, understanding their needs and business goals;
- Design, configure and implement solutions;
- Develop detailed functional documentation, including requirements specification and user support manuals;
- Develop and customize work fluxes, reports, dashboards and automatized processes to optimize the usage of the platform;
- Ensure training sessions that may be necessary directly with the clients, promoting best practices in the usage and adoption of solutions.
What is required from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or similar;
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in IT consultancy with ERP, namely with Microsoft Finance & Operations;
- Focused on clients needs, targets and results;
- Ability to establish trustworthy relationships and promote team spirit;
- Critical thinking and analysis, good planning and organizational skills, and proactivity in searching better solutions to projects and clients;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
