We are looking for a Full-remote Senior IT Project Manager - ERP to join the team of our client – a global company in the industry sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Responsible for all aspects of project management for rollouts of Dynamics 365 or other IT application projects;

• Balance business priorities with IT capabilities for optimal outcomes;

• Manage agreed project scope, budget, and quality;

• Responsible for applying and evolving the rollout methodology;

• Spread best practices and lessons learned, also across regions.

What is required from you?

• Degree in Computer Science, or a related field;

• Minimum 03 years of experience with managing ERP rollouts in global environments, experience with rolling out a corporate ERP template is a plus;

• Minimum 07 years of experience in IT project Management, PMI/Prince2/IPMA certification beneficial;

• Agile project management experience, CSM/PMI certification beneficial, Azure DevOps experience a plus;

• Experience in managing distributed project teams and working in international environments;

• Change management experience;

• Friendly, open, communicative and pro-active;

• Ability to stay focused on project coordination, chosen scope, and methodology;

• Ability to adopt to stakeholders’ communication requirements;

• Strong IT background, ideally from Application Management;

• Discrete manufacturing (automotive) industry experience a plus;

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
