SEO Manager

Prestigious London based client requires an accomplished SEO Manager to lead the SEO digital transformation team. The SEO Manager should have experience of Google Analytics, Adobe and Digital. This role will encompass hands-on execution, upskilling global and local teams and ultimately helping to transform the platform to be a valuable digital asset. The SEO manager will lead the build, optimise and execute the global content plan/roadmap. Ensure all content is aligned with the main goal and understand any wider frameworks/strategies.
• Own the tech SEO roadmap for all sites and work closely with in-house global development team on deployment. Regular on-site testing to ensure best practice is always adhered to
• Identify any opportunities for optimisation – execute where possible and/or guide global and local teams on execution
• Ongoing keyword research to identify gaps, opportunities, trends etc
• Work closely with the Head of Content and Copywriter to define the global content calendar/roadmap
• Consistent optimisation on site to test & learn tactics and gather learnings
• Liaise with global SEO & content agencies to input into plans and share learnings

Essential
• Experience in SEO & SEM, in-house or agency side
• Content management / SEO strategy
• Stakeholder management
• Working in an agile way
• Drive proactivity and a culture of ‘doing it ourselves’ wherever possible
• Introduce and use cutting edge SEO tools to the global team and markets
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console etc.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
• Experience with various website CMS’s, ideally Adobe
• History of working in large, global team and experience with working across geographies/cultures
• Previous agency management experience
