Senior Business Analyst - Tax Regulatory Change - Limerick

Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering activities across the Tax & Regulatory programme. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across implementation, custody tax and programme delivery teams. Analyse complex custody, transactional and client data sets
• Support delivery of regulatory and tax reporting requirements
• Participate in testing phases, including external client testing activities
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional documentation
• Support remediation workstreams with accurate reporting and analysis
• Contribute to delivery planning and programme execution
• Provide stakeholder-facing leadership within workshops and requirement discussions

Essential:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services and experience coordinating requirements across multiple BAs. Strong communicator
• Experience within custody, wealth/asset management or institutional asset servicing environments
• Previous Tax experience and regulatory change
• Strong understanding of one of the following: Withholding Tax, Tax Reporting e.g. CRS/FATCA, Regulatory Reporting
• Experience analysing: Client data, Transactional data. Complex transaction types including repo activity
• Understanding of custody-related reporting obligations
• Experience working with institutional and complex trust/partnership client structures
• Exposure to trade booking and regulatory reporting processes
• Strong data analysis capability
• Ability to manage difficult stakeholders and operate as a senior-facing BA
• Experience supporting testing and reporting validation activities
• Xceptor experience helpful
• Exposure to reporting submissions to custodians or regulators
• Experience working within remediation or regulatory change programmes
• ADO (Azure DevOps) proficiency
