Purchase to Pay Specialist – P2P/Oracle Cloud – Outside IR35
Prestigious Enterprise Level Client requires an accomplished and hands on P2P/Purchase to Pay Specialist to support the P2P Workstream Team. The P2P/ Purchase to Pay Specialist will help to define the end-to-end process design of the purchase to pay process through business processes, Oracle Cloud solution and technology integrations. Work Location – Hybrid and Flexibility to Travel to London Office on occasion.
This will be a standalone legal, supply chain and IT infrastructure with the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and further technology. This role is outside IR35.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement teams and be responsible for designing, testing, and deploying the global purchase-to-pay/ Purchase to Pay/P2P process, across three regions
- Extensive P2P specialism as well as business analysis, playing a key role in implementing a future fit business process
- Capture and document end-to-end business requirements. Contribute to the project plan, scope definition, and building controls framework.
- Own P2P activities, critical paths, and milestones of the detailed plan
- Contribute to the design and delivery of system integration to automate invoicing and payments process
- Support RFP process for 3rd Party outsourcing of certain purchase-to-pay processes along with process design and implementation of partnership mode
- Responsible for maintaining documented processes with process maps.
- Establish a dashboard of KPI’s to monitor P2P performance after Go live
Essential:
• Proven experience in end-to-end purchase-to-pay /P2P/ Purchase to pay process experience both in project and BAU capacity, ideally with Retail, Pharma or Consumer Goods/FMCG experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with proven experience of steering delivery of large projects.
• Change management support: impact assessments, process documentation, gap analysis and business analysis/Business Analyst skills
• Oracle Cloud Experience, ideally Fusion – Helpful
• Document processes
• Work with business managers and stakeholders to map P2P process
• Previous experience of moving from legacy systems into Oracle Cloud – defining process for vendors, moving from PO to No PO and defining scope with procurement
• Good work ethics, and high standards of professional integrity.
• Excellent documentation skills and expert in MS Office.
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running for immediate contribution
