IT Support Analyst

Prestigious North West based client requires an accomplished 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join their Service Management Team. This role is MAT cover for 12 months and the IT Support Analyst will provide front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. You will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA. The IT Support Analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members.


• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office software & O365
• Strong communication and networking experience.
• Great problem-solving experience and works well under pressure.
• Strong business engagement and influencing skills.
• Project Management awareness.
• Solid IT Experience within similar industry and similar application landscape
• Experience of PC hardware installation and configuration
• Experience of BMC Remedy
• ITIL Service Management
• Positive vendor partnerships within area of responsibility
