Data Processer – Data Entry – Liverpool

Prestigious Liverpool based client requires an accomplished Data Processor to join with Client Services Team. Extensive data entry and attention to details as well as Excel and investments knowledge required. Initially this opportunity is for 6 months with the potential to extend further or become permanent. Remote work initially and then Liverpool based

Essential:
• Data processing/Data processor
• Advanced Excel
• Good attention to detail
• Accurate data entry
• Previous knowledge of Investments, Account Transfers, Asset Servicing/Assets, Settlements and Reconciliations, a benefit.
• Processing of transactions
• Data collation and input
• Data Query resolution
• Use of Excel to manipulate and reconcile data
• Communication with clients via email and phone (when required)
• Working to tight market driven deadlines
• Following department accuracy verification procedures
