Prestigious London based client requires an accomplished Change Manager to develop and lead a Change Programme that will finalise the organisational design for Information and Analytics departments. You will partner with HR Business Partners and the broader Information and Analytics teams to finalise the organisation design and ensure the concept is aligned to across all areas. The Change Manager will help build a clear narrative and stakeholder impact assessment and be fully responsible for developing a clear HR change programme plan

• Understand Project management

• Previous experience working within a complex, matrixed environment
• Customer centricity
• Understanding commercial analytics and Data analytics
