Project Planner - Active Directory Migration - PAYE

Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Project Planner to support with a business-critical Active Directory Migration. The Project planner will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables, using appropriate project management tools and methodologies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated. PAYE opportunity, 6+mths and 1-2 days a month in office.
Hybrid – Mostly remote working, albeit with 1 to 2 monthly meetings in London. It may be expected that in the first 4 to 6 weeks of engagement, weekly travel to client sites would be required to participate in project workshops and forums.

Essential

 Extensive experience in project planning and management
 Banking/Financial Services sector experience helpful.
 Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)
 Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Basecamp).
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
 Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
 A team player with a strong commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
 Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certification.
 Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
