HR Transformation Business Partner

Prestigious Surrey based client requires an accomplished HR Transformation Business Partner to work with the Global HR Director. This role requires extensive organisational design and the HR Transformation Business Partner should be very hands on.
• Identify business needs and translate them into practical people solutions, which will be organized via the HR organisation
• Lead the organisational design associated with the HR Transformation
• Ability to understand business issues and cultural enablers or barriers across geographies
• Support line managers in creating environments that embrace change and forward-looking perspectives
• Ability to assimilate information, strong analytical skills, ability to manage and mine data to develop insights and support decision making via solution development
• Ability to diagnose individual / team issues, propose and implement robust, sustainable solutions or change activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating the rapid establishment of constructive relationships and personal credibility
• Ability to demonstrate resilience in challenging / difficult situations
• Fast learner and adapter
