Global HR Business Partner

Prestigious Surrey based client requires an accomplished HR Business Partner to support the Global Supply Services Team on organisational structures and global changes. The Global HR Business Partner should have sound knowledge of Supply chain and Employee relations, ideally European ER and be happy liaising with senior management as well as be happy to be hands on, when required.
The Global HR Business Partner will lead key HR interventions – e.g. End of Year Performance and Potential reviews, Annual Pay Review Submissions and help plan and implement change activities as part of a large complex global change programme. This will involve working with HR colleagues across multiple countries so previous global experience is required

Essential
• Experienced HR Professional
• HR business partnering
• Knowledge of supply chain would be highly advantageous
• Experience of leading and implementing global change/global operations (ideally in Europe)
• Understanding of ER/Employee relations (European ER would be an advantage)
• Solid project management and planning skills
• Excellent communicator and able to influence and work with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Experience of running HR processes such as performance calibrations, reviewing potential
• Experience of working with data for performance reporting (can competently use Excel and easily create pivots etc)
• Sector experience: Pharmaceuticals, Food/Beverages, Food production, Consumer goods, Supply chain, retail.
• CIPD or equivalent, a benefit
