Implementation Coordinator – Manchester – Outside IR35
Prestigious Manchester client requires an Implementation Coordinator to work within the supply chain workstream and be responsible for the successful implementation of all supply chain requirements relating to the SAP system. The Implementation Coordinator will ensure that the processes and controls are implemented in line with the global blueprint for the manufacturing unit. This person will be single point of contact for the manufacturing unit during the ERP implementation, working closely with all departments on site, 3rd party implementation partner and the Global supply chain team, to ensure a smooth implementation and transition to the new ERP. This role is outside IR35. You will be required onsite 3 days a week.
Essential
• Coordinating supply chain workstreams
• Previous SAP system experience
• Understanding of manufacturing, helpful
• Previous sector experience in Retail, Beverages, Consumer goods or cosmetics a benefit
• Co-ordination of SAP implementation plans
• Testing of new systems
• Review of processes/controls, master data and reports for supply chain
• Previous experience of Warehouse & Distribution /WMS SAP modules
• Past cutover process support experience
• Implementation of reporting requirements from new ERP
