Legal Project Coordinator – Manchester
Gibbs Hybrid are looking for an accomplished Project Coordinator with a solid Legal background, to support the Project team with legal aspects of multiple projects. You will be required onsite 3 days a week. This role is inside IR35/PAYE/Umbrella. You will work within a busy legal team and be responsible for the coordination of projects, tracking milestones, analysing project and legal data, and liaising with senior management/ executives.
Essential:
• Background in corporate law or legal department of a financial services organisation
• Project coordination/support
• Managing multiple small projects
• Understanding end to end project management
• Scope management, estimation, budgets
• Create and maintain project plans
• Corporation law experience, very helpful
• Preparing legal materials
• Vendor management
• Liaising with global legal teams
