Compliance Manager – Dublin/remote
Prestigious Dublin based client is looking for an accomplished Compliance Manager to work initially remotely and then when the office opens, in Dublin, or other offices (Cork, Wexford). This role will contribute to the compliance efforts of multiple assigned business units and you will be responsible for assisting the business units to bring them into compliance with complex regulatory and policy requirements. In partnership with business unit managers, you will respond to and develop compliance reporting. It is essential that you have previous regulatory rules experience.
Essential
• Extensive experience in a similar Rules, Controls and Compliance role
• Compliance reporting
• Background in improving compliance and controls environments
• Financial services experience
• Prior experience with irish regulations
• Prior experience working on regulatory rules project - ESSENTIAL
• Willingness to engage and learn all aspects of Compliance
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Able to take on and complete tasks (with oversight)
• Experience of working in a Global firm, a benefit
