An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a skilled and client-focused Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer) to join a highly regarded legal team in Reading.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary first registrations, and lease extensions.

The firm is committed to providing a bespoke approach to every transaction, with dedicated legal and support professionals ensuring that clients receive seamless, high-quality service from start to finish. Keeping caseloads manageable allows the team to consistently deliver results faster than the national average.

The firm are looking for the following an individual:

• With 1+ PQE and solid grounding in residential property law
• Who can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Who can work effectively in a team while maintaining strong client relationships
• Who can demonstrate excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills
• Who has a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to business development
