Our established Thames Valley client is recruiting for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join it's growing Community Care & Welfare Law team. This is a rare opportunity to specialise in highly impactful, complex work spanning Court of Protection matters, statutory funding, public law challenges and wider welfare issues.

You will receive supervision and development support, providing progression pathways and the chance to develop technical expertise within a close‑knit, collaborative team. The ideal candidate at the junior level will bring strong communication and drafting skills, a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable clients, and ideally experience advising Deputies or working with individuals lacking capacity. Exposure to SEN law or advocacy would be an advantage.
