Job title: Contentious Probate Legal Director

My client is a dynamic leading Legal 500 firm seeking a talented and experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor at the Legal Director level. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work on behalf of their loyal client base of predominantly high-net-worth to ultra-HNW clients, this is a rare opportunity to be a lead within an outstanding team with full backing to develop into a Partnership role in good time.

In this role you will:

• Manage and oversee contentious probate matters, providing high-level expertise and strategic guidance to clients.
• Handle a diverse caseload, including will disputes, inheritance act claims, and contested estate administration.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing support and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of client service.

This is an excellent position for an experienced contentious probate solicitor with 8+ years experience in this area of law, who are seeking something different, with a team that offers a healthy split between inheriting excellent caseloads and clients and the autonomy and support to develop further.
